To maximise the effects of your treatments, our professionals recommend a minimum course of five treatments.
'Sea Remedy' Thalassotherapy - Rejuvenation programme using sea water's curative properties. A purifying, moisturising and highly nourishing treatment starting with gentle cleansing for body skin, sea bath with seaweed extracts and sea salts and hydro-massage to stimulate blood circulation. The body is then covered in a mask containing live spirulina seaweed, a Pacific-ocean clay, wrack and aquatic Rosemary. A 30-60 minute aromatherapy massage along with a face mask will complete the treatment. Duration: 2/2.5 hours.
'Baden-Baden' Thermo-mineral remedy - Based on ancient traditions of curative mud and water remedies, this programme has three parts: the body is covered in a unique natural mineral-rich mud wrap, along with a mud mask for the face; a mineral salt bath and face massage; and a 30-60 minute massage and application of moisturising lotion complete the treatment. Mud treatments stimulate skin regeneration, help nourish the skin and encourage the body's oxygen-exchange and renewal processes. Duration: 1.5/2 hours.
'Nirvana' Aromatherapy - Restoring strength, nutrition and skin moisturising. The programme starts with gentle skin cleansing, then follows a herbal bath including hydro-massage to stimulate blood circulation, and a body mask with a blend of aromatic oils and nutritious creams. This stage also includes a massage and face mask. An exquisite half-hour aromatherapy massage completes the treatment. Duration: 2 hours.
'Lavender Dreams' Aromatherapy - Deep relaxation programme consisting of a eucalyptus body peel, lavender body wrap and 60-minute foot, body, head and face massage. Duration: 2 hours.
Body Scrub - Removes dead skin cells, stimulates cell renewal and increases vitality. The skin is purified and buffed and once again becomes soft and silky-smooth. The treatment also has an anti-stress effect. Duration: 30 minutes.
'Magic Waters' Hydrotherapy - Relaxes the body and relieves tension and muscle fatigue. Stimulates blood circulation and boosts essential compounds, detoxifies and heals the organism. Make your own ingredient selection for your hydro-massage bath: sea salts, thermal crystals, herbal extracts or aromatherapy oils - and feel the healing water jets massage your body, starting with your fingertips. The treatment also includes a massage or face mask. Duration: 30 minutes.
'Anti-stress' Programme - Instant relaxation programme will help to rapidly refresh your muscles and help you to relax in one hour. Includes a hydrotherapy session with reflexology massage or face mask and relaxing 30 minute aromatherapy full body massage. A therapeutic remedy for tiredness and stress. Duration: 1 hour.
